I’m not sure if I have done something wrong, or if I have an issue on my end, but I was trying to get the arduino to work with shift registers, but the arduino spits out over 6v (which is required for it to be on) and the maximum working voltage for the registers are 6v. It says on the arduino website that the board should spit out 5v (or 3.3v) but the one in game is not.
